What is PlaySafe+ for?
PlaySafe+ is designed to manage the inspection workflow for fixed public assets. It enables you to build and maintain an asset register to support your duty of care, and then carry out structured inspections that record findings by exception. Any issues identified are converted into tasks, ensuring they are tracked through to timely resolution.
How long does setup take?
A few weeks, end to end. We handle setup, data import, training, and workflow configuration - so the system arrives configured for your service, not for you to configure on arrival.
Can we import our existing asset register?
Yes. We import your existing asset register into PlaySafe+, and we'll quote on the work once we've seen a sample. Our team maps and plots your data, cleanses it where needed, and has it ready for day one.
If we choose to leave, what happens to our data?
You own your data. On termination, we can provide a full export - raw data and images, in a structured format - for a fee depending on volume and complexity. Or you can move to a read-only licence and keep accessing your data and reports the way you always have.
What devices can our inspectors use with PlaySafe+?
PlaySafe+ is designed for inspectors working in the field. The mobile app runs on modern iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, and the web app works on current versions of major browsers. As long as inspectors have a reliable device with a camera and GPS, they can complete inspections, capture photos, and sync data when they’re back online.
How is PlaySafe+ different from a niche inspection app or a large generic asset management system?
PlaySafe+ sits between the two, deliberately. Niche inspection apps cover the inspection but not your asset register, tasks or reporting. Generic asset systems cover everything in theory, but they're slow to deploy, hard to configure, and built for no one in particular.
