The City and County of Swansea has used PSS software for inspecting and reporting on parks, playgrounds and open spaces for over 10 years — evolving from handheld PDAs and HTC phones through to modern tablets and smartphones using the PSSLive+ app. They currently manage over 260 parks and open spaces, from playgrounds to outdoor gyms.

The complete audit trail tracks what was done, who did it and when, visible through finding and task history on the desktop software. Photos can be taken of any asset, finding or task, showing the condition of equipment at the exact time of inspection.
