What is PSS Ltd?
PSS makes one product. PlaySafe+ manages the inspection workflow for fixed public assets: building and maintaining an asset register, recording findings by exception, and tracking issues through to resolution.
How long does setup take?
A few weeks, end to end. We handle setup, data import, training, and workflow configuration so the system arrives ready for your service, not for you to configure on arrival. Can we import our existing data? Yes. Whether it's an asset register for PlaySafe+ or programme, import templates are available to make initial setup straightforward. Our team maps, cleanses, and loads your data so it's ready from day one.
Does PSS support digital transformation?
For most teams, it's one of the most practical ways to deliver it. Both products replace the combination of spreadsheets, paper worksheets, and phone-based chasing that most grounds, estates, and inspection teams still rely on - moving the entire operation onto a single digital system without a complex IT project. Once operatives are logging completions, findings, and attendance from the mobile app, the paper stops.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You own your data. On termination we can provide a full export - raw data and images in a structured format - for a fee depending on volume and complexity. Alternatively, a read-only licence lets you keep accessing your records and reports the way you always have.
What devices can our inspectors use with PlaySafe+?
PlaySafe+ is designed for inspectors working in the field. The mobile app runs on modern iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, and the web app works on current versions of major browsers. As long as inspectors have a reliable device with a camera and GPS, they can complete inspections, capture photos, and sync data when they’re back online.
