Challenge

Managing over 2,100 assets across 158 sites — with varying inspection frequencies, long-term development plans and the need to provide evidence of responsible management against potential claims — required a system that could handle complexity at scale while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Solution

Bournemouth uses PSSLive to inspect and maintain all assets across its sites, with inspections carried out around once a week, adjusting frequency based on necessity.
