Newport City Council has been a longstanding PSS customer since 2004, using PSSLive to manage Parks, Open Spaces and Playgrounds across the city.

Managing and inspecting over 180 parks and playgrounds regularly — while maintaining the evidence needed to defend against insurance claims and ensure risk management compliance — required a reliable, comprehensive system the team could depend on.
Solution

The software serves as a key risk management tool, with comprehensive reports downloadable directly from the desktop application — giving the team the evidence needed to confidently challenge any claims received.
Newport were also actively involved in the development of the PSSLive mobile application, contributing features and suggestions that helped shape the product into what it is today.
