Rushmoor is a Local Government District and Borough in Hampshire, England. It covers the towns of Aldershot and Farnborough. It was formed on 1 April 1974 by the merger of the Borough of Aldershot and the Farnborough urban district.
Rushmoor Borough Council are a longstanding customer of PSS, using the system since 2011. Currently Rushmoor use PSSLive to manage many areas within the Council including Facilities, Grounds Maintenance, Highways, Playgrounds, Street Furniture and Trees. PSSLive assists workload management for the Maintenance Teams who receive many job requests from internal customers. With PSSLive allows them to prioritise the teams work and be reactive to emergency jobs, whilst still maintaining an accurate record of work.

Budgetary management is one of the key aspects used. It assists Rushmoor’s team in the monitoring of costs for their clients against their contributions. Rushmoor’s end of year processes have been greatly reduced as a result of using this tool.
